I have very faint ones the back of my left arm.

I have this all over my legs and arms. It's so bad. I haven't worn shorts or a tshirt in the summer since I was like 12. I don't ever want to get naked in front of anyone. Just fucking sucks man.

I have this all over my neck, knees, and upper arms. The only thing that cleared it on my neck is a face wash, toner, and lotion with really high salicylic acid in them. I've only found one brand that worked and they discontinued their product last year. So fucked. If anyone finds anything that has worked for them I'd love to hear about it. I hate my bumps so much.

I forgot to mention that the worst part about having bumps is that I always pick at them because I want my skin to be smooth. My knees are covered in scars.

OP here. It's honestly comforting to see that there's people on here that struggle with that. It's really shitty. I have it all over my upper arms and my legs and thighs. I wish I can wear dresses or nice tank tops without being so self-conscious about it. Oh well

Yes, I've had it my whole life. I read once that it can go away in your mid twenties but mine has only decreased a bit on my arms.

People used to always ask me if im cold because they thought there were goosebumps in elementary. Middle and highschool, I always wore a jacket or long-sleeve shirts to cover my arms.
