The only way you can do this and have it work is to go completely mental with it. Couple years back I bought a safe for my room, put my phone in it with the alarm on, then put the only key to the safe in the back of the garden. Had to run out into the cold to get it, and by the time I got back I was wide awake. Of course after doing this once and it pissing me off I never did it again and just continued to sleep in.
