Go vegan buddy. NO milk, cheese, yoghurt of any kind. Dairy is full of hormones that duck with our bodies. No meat either, too many hormones. Research it, even if it doesn't cure it, it will reduce it greatly. Give it a try. Will take a good couple of months to see major improvements but it is worth it long term.

Psoriasis here. On my lower arms, lower legs, scalp, in my ears, around my ears, behind my ears. It's spreading to my upper arms.

I use pic related and it kinda works: if I apply it every day, the flakes stay away. The redness and bumpiness seems to be permanent, however.

I fucking hate it, also because it is at such visible places on my body. The plaques on my scalp I don't really know how to treat, so I have to be really careful not to touch my scalp around people, or it'll look like I have dandruff.

But then again, I should be glad I don't have any worse disease.

Right here man. Been going to doctors my entire life and they give me cream after cream, topical steroid after topical steroid, they're always so fucking smug and sure of themselves "this will DEFINITEY work, yes no doubt about it" and then it never fucking does. A year ago they gave me an injection and holy hell, it made things 10000x worse. I started breaking out even more in places I'd never had before, my skin was so fucked it was insane, looked like I was turning into a crocodile. I was suffering 24/7 always felt like my skin was crawling with a billion insects, it often itched so bad it physically hurt. I couldn't even sleep at nights it was so bad, I'd have to take massive amounts of antihistamines to make myself extremely drowsy. Even then, I'd wake up about 4-5 times a night to jump in the shower because the itching was so bad. I scratched holes through all of the clothes I owned, I was bleeding all over constantly. It might have been the most miserable few months of my life, I thought of suicide frequently. I don't trust doctors anymore, they don't know shit. I was scared I'd be fucked up like that permanently, thank GOD things eventually settled back to normal.
