Because I go from having a good social life, having a ton of energy, feeling really happy, and enjoying life to not leaving my room for days at a time and wanting to kill myself. I've had a couple of girlfriends but they all broke up with me within a couple of months because I don't talk to them for days at a time.

That could still be depression, Which is why you need a diagnosis. No cure for bipolar disorder. You can exercise and force yourself to be positive even while your alone. But nothing will help. I have bipolar disorder and my swings aren't really how you describe your swings. Its not just high and low. I mean how high is your high? Are you dangerous and carefree? Explain it a little deeper.
