Anyone else here /onemealperday/ ?
I only eat once a day, around 2pm everyday. The meal consist of 1400 calories of anything I want. Just now I ate a whole chicken parm 12 inch hoagie with a side of fries and a diet dr pepper. It was delicious and also healthy since I'm in a calorie deficit and have been losing weight. It feels like I really did beat the system where I can enjoy any food I want AND lose weight.

It's pretty great. Especially by 2pm everyday you are starving so the meal just taste THAT much better. I look forward to my 2pm feast every day.

I usually wake up in the afternoon and don't feel like eating until dinner, so I usually only eat that in an entire day. I went from 19 BMI to 17 in 2 months
You didn't beat any system, The system is if you eat more calories than you use you gain weight if you eat less you lose weight. You admit that you're at a calorie deficit and losing weight that's proof that the system is working correctly. There are cases of university professors eating only twinkies to prove that as long as you count the calories to make it a deficit you will lose weight no matter what.
If you want to beat the system to enjoy any food you want and lose weight then you need to become bulimic and just throw up right after eating it, that would be beating the system
