Possibly marfans, I never really checked out aside from a comment the doctor said during a physical. I always had joint pain and some hyper flexibility shit. You'd think gyno is a fat people disease but I have it on one side, just a tender lump that hurts a couple weeks then goes away for a while, and repeats. Lots of near fainting spells too. I'm sure sugar is involved some but I'll also get spells where the heart really speeds up or slows down. Blood pressure is wonky too. Sometimes low, sometimes high. I want to weigh 200lbs but I've passed out after doing deadlifts. Not a very manly feeling, especially when it's babby weights too. Back to the heart, usually after I eat my rate goes up 30 to 50bpm after meals. I already dislike eating as is, but the racing and palpitations only makes things worse.
