and that's just my face, my body is bad too

My face isn't awful but I'd get a more defined jaw, lose a little chub in my cheeks (insert penis joke) and lose a few tiny birthmarks.
Other than that I'd like to be able to grow a beard but it's still getting thicker so I'll probably be able to in a few years anyways which would hide some chub, and the birthmarks.
