I can sell my ps4 but as its 2017 i doubt anyone will but it it for 200+ so lets say i sell it for 100-150 and i put 120 towards it that would be 220 or 270. Now do u think id be able to get a good experienceof a 270 pound pc.

go ask in places for a used PC or use sites like Gumtree and craigslist.

Your best bet is just someone taking pity on your and giving you a free PC. Don't need something crazy. 8GB of ram and quad core is enough. Heck an i3 prebuild + a $100 gpu is pretty easy to get.
