Dealing with assholes in human resources was the first thing that got me mad enough to get motivated to do something else with my life.

Now that I think about it, I unintentionally got a HR fag fired because a certain company failed to uphold their non-smoking policy and I had a fucking nasty asthma attack. But because the company was so shit they didn't fill out a incident report until 2 weeks after.

HR has little power if you have a real job or any skill. My director has put up with a lot of bullshit complaints and always tells them to fuck off and that he wouldn't have hired us if he wanted us to act any differently. Sometimes getting things done and not killing people takes priority over hurt fee fees. Find a place where that's the case. We start every day with a group prayer so I guess that's kind of hr-babbley but I like it. The fact it pisses of fedoras and tumblrs only makes it better.

Took a year of NEET time after college. Had to settle for a shitty telemarketing job at first, then a $30k year IT job with no overtime pay that had me managing a handful of people and running all over the country.

Got fed up and quit after 3 years and became NEET again.

I didn't have any shit like other people who might end up in my situation - no legal problems, no drug addictions, frugal with money, heath is good, never been to treatment for any mental issues, don't even play video games... yet here I am.
