Get your parents to introduce each of you. That's how it has always been for me.

In theory, it goes like this:
1.social settings where the same people come
to the same place (school, work etc.)
2.either initiate conversation or pray someone talks to you
3. find common interests (if you are desperate you might have to lie)
4.get to know that person's social circle and hope they like you enough

kinda like, interact with them or some shit preferably through vidya or internet

I always failed to make friends and my workplace because ultimately I am a mental fuck up brought up in abusive, fucked up family

now I just play MMOs as a NEET and dont give a fuck, killing myself is the rational choice anyway

Through sharing interests and hobbies. You have to find things to do outside your house where you'll be able to interact with people. Or try to find people through sites like meetup.com or whatever. If you just want to have a conversation with someone then go to a bar during a slow time and sit there, don't distract yourself with your phone, and someone will try to talk to you.
