A GP's not a wizard, and besides, you probably do look healthy. It's retarded to give someone a million pills when they're not severely ill, especially when it's a psychological problem rather than a physical one. You can try going to a shrink, but it's probably not going to help a whole lot either.

Same thing happened to me.

I always feel like ibdidnt develop into a full male. Like I skipped puberty. No hair on face or body, moobs, higher voice than the average male, etc. So I asked the doc for a testosterone test. Came back as 164 which is really low for a guy. She told me to lose weight and exercise. I'm doing that but a number that low needs testosterone shots. I could understand if it was slightly lower thsnbthe average but come on.

I wasn't aiming to be drugged up. I was after at least a little bit of useful advice, referral to see a professional in mental health. All I got was a proposed diet change that I already explained has been done. After 8 years, it's sad she assumed I haven't already tried that.
