Not necessarily true IMO, but definitely potential. In terms of pure physical pleasure, opiates are a better feeling than sex, in fact after I first got laid, as I was walking home I remember thinking exactly "I feel like I just took a mild opiate dose". Same chemical is released, but painkillers release way more of it than sex, I think. MDMA is also popular for making you feel great, I only took it once though and it made me feel "pleasure" but at the same time I didn't necessarily feel "good".
