laxatives dont do anything. and if you want to curb appetite, why not do low carb instead? save money on adderal.

anyways good luck but just remember if you dont change your habits you'll likely balloon again after you lose all the weight.

Laxatives are a horrible idea. They don't make you lose weight, you'll just damage your organs.

I'm doing low carb now. It doesn't feel good and I'm constantly craving for things I can't have. But I can't stop until my goal.
