I used to watch shuffling vids circa 2006 when hardstyle and whatnot was still a thing (yes I had an atrocious taste in music, I know). Though I never got to try out my moves because my mom never let me go out anywhere and I never got to experience the underground rave scene before normies took it over.

There was a youtube vid, I can't find it now. But basically all you gotta do is throw the ball or w/e kind of towards the joint, then kinda extend arm, definitely requires a bit of timing though, and you gotta hit it on a specific part of arm.
