I hate my fucking supervisor. I sometimes think about killing her. She keeps "accidently" calling me by my coworkers name as if she doesnt even know who I am. I swear to god that she does it on purpose just to rattle me. I want to fire back at her but im not sure how it will turn out.

Just call her by someone else's name too, but don't use a negative tone. Try to make it sound like you're just joking around with her.

i'm the youngest staff member by a good 12 years in a lot of cases and a lot of people have been working this gig since I was in diapers and I make stupid mistakes all the time since there's basically no training, just "here read all these policy manuals"

and i fucking hate screwing up because i am worried people will think i'm useless or stupid or lazy

I was thinking about this, like calling her straight-up "supervisor" while still calling all my other coworkers by their real name. Shes the only one i have a problem with.
