Folic acid is vitamin b9. You should probably take the lowest recommended daily dosage. I only take b12.

I think B12 and folate are mostly useful if you have a metabolic disorder. It's genetic but not something that's typically diagnosed.

Magnesium and vitamin D are also good things to supplement, since they're very common nutritional deficiencies. But don't use magnesium oxide; it doesn't get absorbed and just gives you diarrhea.
