Seriously, just cut out or seriously reduce your drink intake. The last three weekends I felt like shit on the Sunday and the start of the week. Feel great now and it's Sunday. The only difference is no drinking, especially beer.

Try it yourself anon, just don't drink one weekend and see how you feel.
