I'm not sure if this person is being sarcastic but yeah, practice a lot and watch videos on how to git gud with your main. Then play about fighting the computer as well as online. It is worth doing computer battles to learn the strengths and weaknesses of your character as well as those of others. Obviously a human opponent plays differently but it is still valuable. Then put some time into fighting online in player battles. After you've done a good bit online you'll want to be watching your character as played by high-level players.
