I'm fucking panicking hardcore right now, it's almost midnight. I'm jittery and everything feels horrible. It won't end. I accidentally took more of my vyvanse than I usually take. Took a second pill after forgetting I already took one, around 6 hours ago.
This isn't a mentally caused panic attack so I don't know what to do. I'm scared.

Don't do anything. Just sit in bed or somewhere comfortable and focus on breathing normally. You are not going to die. A panic attack cannot hurt you physically. Ride it out and it will pass soon, like all of the others. It will pass.
