5'7 bouncing around 72/69 kg. everything is going to my gut and chest so really need to lose weight.
already started only drinking water and eating alot less.
im gonna do it, im gonna slay my dragons

I've hit a plateau this week though :/

I am 167lbs. But my frame does not carry it well and I have a stomach and love handles.

I want to go down to 150. It because I'm not a fat fuck, losing 20lbs is next to impossible.

That wasn't me. I'm doing keto. Had to cut carbs because doc said I was pre-diabetic. Biggest thing was fast food and beer which I would have every day. Have only had 4 beers this month, usually I'd kill between a 6-12pack a day.

This is the longest I've ever been on a diet. I never lasted more than a couple days.

As for exercise I do a lot of walking after work and at work. I go to a park nearby and walk a couple miles.

Well I'm doing low carb but yes, I'm making my meals smaller and healthier. I'm walking a lot more. I usually sat at work for my entire shift now I walk around where I work and then after work I walk at a nearby park.
