MMA is actually pretty interesting. It combines different school of martial arts and constrains the violence with rules so that it's a fair competition. It's kind of like how /r9k/ constrains our posts to be original, instead of repetitive garbage.

I used to be crazy about MMA before it became full normie and I still have an interest in it.


What sucks though is how "sportified" it became so that now almost all fighters rely on the point-scoring system where taking someone down or hugging them against the cage is worth more than giving them plastic surgery with your fists.
