The most important thing about a man is that he should make me feel good. I don't mean only physically. On average, I should feel better with him than alone, thinking about him than not thinking about him, talking to him than when not talking to him and so on. Its also why they don't ask for promotions, they don't want to risk losing their position if rejected.
