There is a wall of enemy patrol boats blockading your path. They are spaced out as such, with anything in their corresponding circle being in their line of sight. Pretend it goes on forever, so sailing around won't work. If a boat sees you in it's line of sight, it will immediately demand an authorization code that only their military possesses. If you do not provide it, they shoot you down. Fighting back will be unsuccessful given you are outnumbered.

Let's say the question is:

Since the blockade ships are CLEARLY PART OF THE BLOCKADE, they wouldn't be asked the question, since they were always fucking there.
