It did give my self esteem and confidence a boost. So people (grills included) are more willing to be around me.

Force yourself to go 3 times a week, without skipping.
After about 2 weeks it will be part of your weekly routine. You'll feel empty or something's missing when you skip from that point on.
When you get the routine down, all you gotta do is lift.
