Literally every dollar that exists in any modern economy ultimately exists because of forces well beyond the control or influence of the individual. Most of the wealth you see around you is the result of a combination of technological knowledge, social organisation, and resource extraction - most of our economies are built on exploiting the energy in fossil fuels. It's literally energy that was laid up millions of years in the past that explains most of modern wealth. No individual can claim to be be so valuable or to have individually contributed so much to the economy that they deserve to possess thousands of times the wealth held by other individuals. At least not in terms of morality. The earth is God's and everything in it. You are just a passing vapour on this Earth and so am I.
