So I just bought this a couple hours ago. What am I supposed to do with it aside from watching it spin?
It's been said that it helps control compulsive body movements. Am I really just that stupid or am I just not understanding the hype?

Don't just spin and wait, spin it, stop it with your finger and spin it again, or in the other direction, hold it differently, use other fingers to spin, continuous poking at the right time so it keeps on spinning and spinning

this, I carry it with me and spin it during times when I feel like I don't know what to do with my hands and otherwise would have twittled my thumbs and wiggle my fingers together
