Why don't you just ask your Neighbours for their wifi code? Maybe you can pay them a little bit every month for their internet connection, it's better than going to shitty public wifi

If you have any NEET funds offer to cover the price difference from your financial reserves. This should take out half of his motivation to get rid of the internet, and if you have half a functional brain you can make enough moni per month to keep the system working.

If you have neighbors nearby, just hack into their WiFi. Some of the older routers should be very quick to crack from what I hear.
