How many hours of sleep do you guys get just curious?

at the most around 8-9, at the least around 4-6

i'm trying to watch my hours because i want to get /fit/ and losing sleep apparently fucks with gains, but sometimes i'll get caught up in games or skulking omegle for naked grills and don't get enough hours in

during wageslave days i get 6 + plus a 90 minute nap after work. 10 hours on weekends.

They're a shitty 8 or 9 though because I go to bed at like 3 or 4 AM and get woken up at least twice by my dad having diarrhea or the dog barking at butterflies or my mom angrily chopping cucumbers on a plate before my alarm for 11 or 10AM

Then my alarm goes off and I immediately sleep for another hour and some change.

I also had a wet dream the other day. That was surprising.

anywhere from 0-17. depends on my mood. sometimes i can't sleep because i'm thinking about the manza ;(

I usually get 7-9 hours, if I haven't been staying up too late. For some reason my body decides when to wake up based on what time I woke up the day before, not when I went to sleep.
If I could sleep as long as I wanted, I'd probably shoot for 10+ hours every night.

not enough and it doesnt help that all i do is rot in my bed all day
