Does anyone else ever type out a big mean reply but then end up deleting it all because you're worried the guy on the other end might take it too seriously

no i delete them because i realise im going to take bait or that i shouldn't waste time on raging
>>37915464
No but sometimes I make very, very long posts/replies that take 15 minutes to type, and then I erase them because I realize it's ultimately pointless.
Almost did that with this very post desu
You guys are gonna laugh but I whenever I'm hysterical and typing some sort of malevolent/mean post, I stop myself because I try to be compassionate to even the biggest pieces of human trash. Like, we both are caring a burden of mortality and we are both humans who commit missteps in our posts and lives. I don't know what the other guy on that end of the internet has been through. How he has been raised and educated, where he is coming from, what possibilities he has/had in life, etc. Everybody has his own issues to address no matter the social and/or economical status. And everybody has/can have redeeming qualities.
PS. It doesn't mean that I'm not calling out people on their bullshit though.
no but i am dyslexic and am sometimes too lazy to fix all of my typos so i say fuck it
I did that like 10 years ago when I'd send angry insulting Youtube messages to people then I'd block them. I wouldn't insult them too much because I thought they would take it too personally. Come to think of it I actually did that with quite a few youtube users. I did for it for a certain while and then I stopped because I realized that I should be doing other things, like studying and playing Counter Strike.
So I wouldn't delete the messages but I'd revise them so my insults weren't too harmful, but still very rude.

yeah I delete the message when I realize that I shouldn't take /pol/tards seriously.
Then I insult them and post this

>tfw robots are some of the nicest people deep down

I do it so I can vent my frustration into a message but not make a fool of myself. I type out a more levelheaded reply afterward.
