Lads, as I was getting off the bus I noticed a wallet on a seat. Possibly belonged to the person who was already standing at the front waiting to leave but I couldn't remember if that's where he was sitting. No photo ID from a quick glance inside. Must have been about 80 or 100 cash in there.

After i nearly fucked up my life with my weed habit I came to the conclusion that the number of people that fuck themselves up with weed drastically outweigh those it helps.

You should visit your GP and ask to be referred to the Early Intervention service, they specialise in psychosis and deal with ages 14-35.
This is assuming the Early Intervention service exists in your area. If you could provide the name of your area, either town or the county, and I could have a look at what services are available in your area.
You may not go directly to the Early Intervention service, you may go to an assessment service first who will then find the best services for you. However if you explain your symptoms to the GP you should have some sort of support quickly, there is something called the Crisis Team which can visit you in your home and do an assessment. Again, if you provide the name of your area I could try to find the number for the Crisis Team in your area.
If you think you will struggle to explain your symptoms then you should write a list, or type it and print it out. The doctor will be happy to read the list and ask you for more information if needed. You could even write a few sentences about wanting a referral if speaking would be uncomfortable.
The road to recovery is long and full of twists and turns but as long as you follow the directions of the support staff you'll receive and take your medication you will get there eventually.
Please try to keep your family and friends close, do not make the mistake of taking it out on them and pushing them away. They may not understand at first and they may never fully understand, there is also support for carers available that your relatives could attend to better understand your condition.

They will ask things like, what do the voices say, what do they sound like, male or female? is it the voice of someone you know or do you recognise it? is it one or multiple?
Delusion is a bit tricky because you may not recognise your beliefs to be delusion. It is important to think about this also and try to recognise any of your beliefs that others may find strange, again this is hard to do. If you can think of anything then write it down.
Go back through your posts today and try to write down the symptoms you've mentioned.
Try to write down as much as possible, even if you don't think its relevant.
When you phone your GP for an appointment they may ask you if it's an emergency, they do this if they are particularly busy, do not worry and say it is an emergency. They may ask what the appointment is for, you should say you are concerned about your mental health. Or you could say its personal if you feel uncomfortable speaking about it to a receptionist. If you do say it's for your mental health then they may put a note on the system so the doctor has more of an idea what you want from the appointment.
When going for the appointment you could ask to wait in a quiter area if you feel uncomfortable. They will more than likely comply.
