I think like a woman.

A woman is my boss and I like it
While I don't think she's the best at the office work, she is great with the people

She treats good children like crap, though, which makes me uncomfortable

Honestly I enjoy taking orders from women. I have slight tendencies to be a bit naturally competitive with other men, so it's nice to have a boss I can easily drop my ego for.

The same as having a male boss. The difference being that I can fall in love with a female boss even if I didn't want to.

I've had shitty female bosses and shitty male bosses and vice versa.

The shitty female bosses were the shittiest of the shit, and the good male bosses were the best ones I've had.

Male bosses tend to work alongside their employees while female bosses tend to stand back and watch while telling everyone what to do. I've found that having a boss who works alongside you makes it way easier to get along with them since they actually know what your job is like.

Find me a female boss who's product-oriented (instead of focused on social dynamics), hard-working and has a technical background. All that on top of typical qualities a leader/boss should have (have a vision, good communication skills, integrity, fairness, ...) and I'll happily work for her. Those are the same criteria that I'd apply to a male boss. Women like these exist, but the problem is that they are VERY rare. Much rarer than their male counterparts with the same skills.

I've worked for female bosses my entire life with only one exception. It's actually really nice. All of them have been pretty unattractive so sexual tension was never an issue. Plus they buy into all that type-Y management shit so you get more breaks and a more lax work environment.
