If you ever came here there wouldn't be anything to worry about from the every day people you encounter. There are always sketchy people, but I strongly believe it's mostly online and if you stay in safe normal areas you would have no problem.
I work and go to school in a predominantly white area and I never hear people casually talking about race wars or racism. Most are very liberal in my area and would fight and defend you from anyone who tried to attack you because of your race.

I live in San Francisco, which if you were to believe the popular conception, was ground zero of both inner city crime and self hating white yuppies. The popular conception is absurd. People in the United States (and I have to assume most other western countries) by and large go about their lives treating people on the basis of their individual merits. Unless your in the deep south, you don't have to worry about people confronting you because you're a shitskin. someone might yell nigger. i would think it would be very rare for a physical confrontation to happen unless you helped escalate it.

a white person that says they see you as equal, regardless of whether they're a lib or con, is full of shit. I see all brown people as inferior to me by default. i literally see them as animals while i and other light skinned people are humans. I dont HATE black people but i wouldn't mind if they weren't around in my country at all. I can tell that minorities resent and hate white people; yet they come here and benefit from a white-created governmental system and society (no, im not personally taking credit). diversity is a meme and it doesn't work. I would rather not be around shitskins, but definitely don't feel anything like HATE towards. them

I can only speak to my own true beliefs, but I am able to recognize that there are brown and black people who are smarter than me (not sure what you really mean by "superior"/"inferior" but intelligence is what my mind goes to. As white person in a Western country that's a hardcore racist I can safely say there are way more white people in Western society that aren't racist, than there are one's that are. Whites are actually more likely to resort to infighting in favor of outside ethnic groups than anything else. People are just free to say whatever they want on the internet and a lot of the time it's just to get a reaction out of people.

In all honesty I hate liberal whites far more than I hate blacks, Jews, Muslims, Mexicans, etc. so I'm not what you'd call a white supremacist either

Black guy here it's sad to say that while 4chan isn't representative of most people people like >>37902041 definitely make up a large fraction of people who exist in the world. "large" being relative. This is mostly because there are more brown people than europeans (shitskin being defined as anyone who isn't white or yellow obviously) but if I'm being honest I don't really mind. People are racist by default. This goes for darker skinned people all the same. The only difference is that people don't pay attention to that because most people consume media from the west i.e. the Anglo dominated half of the world. Asian people think brown people are bad, yeah, but they hate white people, (americans/ brits especially) all the same. Most black people I know think white people are stupid/culturally retarded. I can't blame anyone for any racist beliefs if they stem from ignorance. I can only blame them for not getting exposed to various cultures. Even then I can't deny black culture isn't fucking awful in some aspects. Personally I think black culture is pretty great but hood shit is awful. I've lived in gentrified and inner-city areas and both have their ups and downs. I love black twitter even though I don't agree with half of what it says

despite what the media tells you whites are usually surrounded by other whites and will develop negative opinions on cultures that aren't their own because negative traits stick out. It sucks but the only way you can know anything about global politics for sure is to go wherever you want to learn about.

Like I said, it's easy to see the bad in people but at the same time the bad is usually what comes up in any random situation. Racist memes are often born in truth but blown out of proportion.
