I measured my head on a whim I technically have macrocephaly. I'm normal otherwise. I lucked out I guess.

autism spectrum covers lots of people

but most of the characteristics are responses to social stimuli, so realistically if you spend more time on the internet than with people IRL, you could probably be diagnosed with autism
