I had a episode of psychosis a few months ago that put me in the hospital for 2 weeks, I'm on meds now so I should be fine I was walking to my part time job I stopped at a intersection took off my clothes and started screaming naked shaking my penis at cars I don't remember any of it nor why I did it kinda scary..

Really don't know where to start. Guess I'll first express my bitter disappointment how I'm about to fall asleep despite having 2 energy drinks along with a few espresso shots, that's utter bullshit. I was planning to stay up a bit late tonight.

Just caught and stopped myself from having a long vent, I'll keep it simple. I've been and still rather am a pressured cannon ready to blow up. Been repressing a lot of feelings and have been letting them out, very suddenly, especially to the female, and now I have my regrets and also feel dumb. I have my moments of inspiration and insight followed by lack of motivation and insecurity. Just been really letting loose these days emotionally and it really dosnt feel right. One momment I'm feeling this, the next momment I'm feeling that, I'm all over the place. Today I reached out to a female friend of mine I barley talk to and dragged her in to my stupid relationship drama. Ive got this stupid relationship thing that's been really getting to me and I've been acting out a lot. I haven't shut up about this relationship in these threads. Just feels very weird when you're a shut in and suddenly release so much steam. Hopefully this is just a minor and short stage.

On second thought that wasn't short and simple as I thought it would be, but this is therapeutic to me

Sounds turbulent. I'm not too bad. More work due this week, and an interview for another in the pipeline. Therapy has been interesting. Some plans on the horizon there too.

I go twice a week: once is group, and once is more specialised therapy focusing on C-PTSD and plural identities.

Glad you could get some use of the group therapy. Only thing similar I've done is choice manegment back in my juvenile days which was with a group and was no help at all

Ah, well it's quite a specialised group which is helpful. I'm actually missing it this week because it would be too awkward to get to. It all seems to be built around family interactions and the members are therefore roughly approximate to others in their respective lives. There's a person who reminds me of my mother, for example, and things often play out there.
