Any of you rohbotz ever tried to quit caffeine? Were you successful? How long did it take for withdrawals and cravings to dissipate?

I've made the switch from coffee to hot tea recently...Dropped all caffeine today...Am sleepy

In more than one week I will cut off caffeine (preferably completely) to see if I'll be able to have constant energy level thoughout the day (caffeine messed it completely) as I'm slowly incorporating a cocooning lifestyle. The worst thing is overcoming withdrawal effects that weigh on me heavily, without caffeine I'm sleepy all day, no concentration at all, etc.
