Work from 5:30 pm to 5:30 am
Then days off come around and sleep schedule goes to shit
Then work comes back around and some how sleep ....

sleep around 9am, wake up around 9pm and sometimes still take a 4-5 hour nap a couple hours later anyway because i am constantly tired even with 14+ hours of sleep
I usually take the sunrise as my cue to go to bed, around 5-6 am depending on the season. I normally get up between 1-2 pm

Even if I force myself to get up at normal hours, I'll be groggy all day until I randomly fall asleep again at the first opportunity. No matter how long or good I sleep, it's never enough to make me feel not tired.
