Faces are a bad place to start imo, too many details. Either pick a single aspect to focus on, or try other items/body parts

Its good to start drawing objects you see irl, it will develop your spacial understanding. Its easier to draw from photographs but it isnt quite the same. Get a grasp of basic shapes and how you can apply it to what you draw.

I think it looks bretty gud anon. I see you're going for a more anime look, which is aight I guess but the eyes look too...weird, even for anime standards.
Keep drawing though, you seem to be pretty talented!
