What did you beat your dad up for and what happened afterward?

I kinda jumped him and he wasn't expecting his son to be kicking his ass. He was a skinny guy though, and I was at least two weight classes above him. I stopped beating him when my mom came to stop me.
He asked me why I did that, and I told him I got tired of his shit. Mind you, this was years and years of conditioning, I didn't express my entire feelings well. We didn't talk until a few months later when I moved out.
