The worst part was, especially when you are a kid, 10-14, when in the morning, she prepared a breakfast for you, kiss your forehead, said good "luck in school", then in the evening, she was lying in her room on the floor drunk, broken glasses, in her own vomit. I still remember this. Early I was so worried, but after it happened couple of times, I got so cold and distant. Like they are two different persons, who they really are? My father drank too, but he didn't blackout, he kept drinking with his buddies and kept telling them that I was such a pussy, not a son of his, because I didn't have a knack for technical things, dyi, cars, motors and fiddling with them in the garage. I was a book worm.

I don't drink, and I never had. I'm 27 now. It is unlikely I'll start a family now, but when I told myself I won't drink around age of 15, my goal was to not end like them, and I couldn't bear the feeling, if they were thinking of me what I was thinking back then about my parents.

I know, that plenty of people had it worse, I had food, and clothes and relatively good childhood, but I think it is the cause why I'm what I'm today. I rarely talk to my father now, I don't know if he realises that, my mother visits her mother sometimes where I live (i.e my grandmother).

I want to write them a letter some day, but I'm not sure if that's okay to open the wounds, and then I will disappear.

My dad is cucking another dude. It's honestly disturbing to watch and I have lost so much respect for him because of it. I know the following is going to sound like bait/memes, but I swear it's real. My dad is a black doctor, recently divorced, who met this cool white couple at a Black Lives Matter rally. Wonderful people, very friendly, the husband is a journalist, the wife is a lawyer.
