I doubt very much that that the woman Stacy was also the one who set snack prices for the vending machine, but hell I've been wrong before
maybe talk to her and the other people in the office about it and see if you can't get around to a more reasonable snack pricing, or possibly maybe just a poverty section for it in the lower corner with PC brand candy for you
