I am 29 years old and I am terrified of approaching women, or even traps but mostly women, and have never done so except a time in school when the girl I approached was visibly disgusted and told everyone who in turn gave me shit for the rest of the year for being such a dumbfuck thinking he's allowed to approach women or even think he'd have a gf.

Anyway I can talk to women ok, minus constant blushing like a Christmas light if I get used to them by interacting with them a few times.

Should I even start trying at this point and if yes, how beside just do it. Bare in mind I have no good qualities to make anyone pick me over a more handsome and successful man bound to be waving his penis at whatever girl might be out there
