Does anyone have experience with taking vitamins? I have very shitty hair and am told that zinc helps it look better. I rarely eat so I wonder if perhaps a vitamin deficiency is the reason.

Taking a daily multivitamin is a good idea in general. I don't like many foods so vitamins help me get those tasty nutrients. Get some Once a Day Mens or something. Gummy vitamins. Yum yum yum yum yum yum yum
