There's a reason chads and staceys have friends. Go volunteer for stuff and join a sport (a dogo, a runners club, etc). If you believe people only make friends based off physical appearance, at least exercise will improve your physical appearance.

Or if you insist on being 0% normie, you could try making friends online aka via vidya, go to hobby shops with tabletop games, etc. But I've never managed to make friends that way, because when you put together a group of people where most have crippling social anxiety and a disproportionate amount of mental issues, things don't really go well
