What's the best way to organize my 4chan reaction image folder?

i usually sort them into folders by how relevant they are to each board
i primarily save webms tho

i just put everything i like into one big folder and as soon as that folder takes too long to load i make another folder

i deleted and started rebuilding my folders today, and i already have 23.8 MB worth of anime reaction images alone.

I've wished for a better way to format my folders for ages, I tend to just dump in a main folder and make subfolders for specific things if I get a lot of them.
My dream is to create a tag system for each image so I can search by tags and exclude tags, but I'm a programming brainlet and too lazy to look for a program for it
