I had a random lucid dream where I was an anime girl walking up to a secluded wooden hut on the side of a snowy mountain. As I got closer to the hut another girl welcomed me and took me inside. It was way bigger on the inside than the outside with two stories high, but the main floor was upstairs while downstairs was more of a storage room.

Inside felt like a sauna because the source of heat was water boiling and having the steam fill the hut. No one was sad, everyone was friendly and getting along. I finally felt like I was apart of something. It was comfy. It was paradise.

My parents purged me of any and all culture that wasn't policed by them, and they were intensely antisocial. I didn't sleep over people's houses, I wasn't allowed to dress nor act alongside black cultural trends, and my only "black" time was on sundays at church in the city-- and that's if we went. That shit had me dissociating hard, but it also gave me clarity. Being 14 and seeing what a meme "niggers" are fuvks with your head, but also shows you what a game of power this life is. Fuck everybody else, all that matters is your physiological capital. I dominated my peers in education, the arts, and whatever the fuck I wanted because I refused to see a difference between myself and the anthropomorphic monuments of success lauded around in my high school humanities classes.
