I'm so fucking exhausted by a terrible sleep schedule... I put an alarm clock to contain it, but result is the schedule is bad *and* I'm exhausted.

Pointless to intellectualize, but I think I'm addicted to sleep deprivation. I guess I feel as a jobless I must suffer.
When I "do my best" and manage to go to sleep earlier, the nightmares come back. (last time, alpha chad (a guy I know and prevents me from touching any girl because they all fall for him) asks me to prove I'm really the "good" person I claim to be. "Name 3 things you love". I name a great book and other stuff. "This is not what a normal person would answer. For me the list is : Sylvie, my gf, and mummy".

Then I wake up after kicking (hard) the blankets down the bed, in a sweat.

Personally, I find my sleep schedule gets fucked if I don't spend some time outside

I can't remember the last time I enjoyed anything.
My hobbies all started to feel like a chore, so I stopped doing them.

yes, where could I go?
When I try to go somewhere, like the free library or the free swimming pool, I end up with mostly homeless men. Everything is expansive here.

I shitpost then in the evening I go out to buy food. Trying to learn coding.
