I'm underestimate severely and have lost several pounds so far in the past few weeks doing this. Max 2 meals a day, and they're not very big meals at that, usually a serving of stew and a piece of bread with water, a fruit, and some veggies is what constitutes a meal for me.
I'm also going back to work tomorrow, I was off for a few days.

I have no idea, the dull pain started at the top of the foot and spread towards the ankle, around half a mile into the run, I took it easy, but went the full distance anyway, but it only got worse. It didn't go away for week, but only really hurt while running, so I treated it myself with Voltaren. After suffering from recurring shin splints years ago, I learned to wait another couple of weeks even after the pain is gone completely. But I slacked in the past week's heat, so yeah.

I'll intend to stop being so pathetic.
