Normans don't play every day. Maybe a couple of times a week at most, for max 2 hours in a sitting.

I play around 10 hours a week and that's relatively a lot.

in total like 7k hours i think, at most i played 60 hours a week and that was in highschool

the normal amount is what ever works for you. So long as you shower and attempt actual interactions with real people every now and then.

I've been playing vidya on pc since I was 6 years old, so that's since 2002 and I've played everyday when I got home from school until bed time up until I graduated from High school. I'm in college now and I play about 3-4 hours a day and the rest of the day goes to anime and 4chan. so I'd say I've seen my fair share of gaming in my life so far.

got 16.7 hrs of PUBG last two weeks, maybe 7-8 hours of OW too. so on average 1.5 hrs a day. i play most but not all days
