How do I make friends? Where do I meet them? What do I say? How do I keep them?
I haven't made a new friend since elementary school, and they all eventually stopped talking to me. People say to accept every invintation they give you or invite them to something, yet I never got anything from them.
Everytime I asked to do something with them after school they would decline or make an excuse, but it's too late now.

Are you still in school? If you are, strike up conversation with people in class. It can be about the class itself, since you know you have that in common. Making friends with little experience is daunting but forcing yourself to make small talk with give you confidence and might lead to finding cool people.
