Can confirm this is true. I was 250 when I graduated highschool and when I got down to 170 people treated me like an actual human being.

The vast majority of people hate fatties because there's no better indicator of who a person is on the inside than if they're fat.

I used to count my calories, it didn't work either. I tried to maintain 2k calories/day and I didn't drop a single fucking kilo. This was for about 2 - 3 weeks as well. Alright, here's what you do to lose 1 pound/week:
Calculate your BMR
Subtract 500
Take that number and divide it by X meals (meals being defined by every time you're eating)
Do not exceed that number
If you eat less, you can let it roll over to a next meal

Counting calories is a chore, using this method will be a lot easier.

ONLY eat when you're hungry and eat just enough to be full. Make small portions too because your body will tell you to finish what's on your plate.
